TCC SUCCESSFULLY MET THE TIME SENSITIVE DEADLINE PROVIDING AN INFUSION OF A $1M LINE OF CREDIT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SOLAR POWER STATIONS FOR A FLORIDA BASED OPERATION

Colts Neck, NJ December 13, 2016- Florida based solar power station manufacturer engaged Sal Pappalardo of Twin Capital Partners , LLC to immediately arrange a $1M loan request to meet a deadline by year end. The solar manufacturers’ principals are from Germany, and are highly skilled and sophisticated in the solar manufacturing industry, with relationships worldwide; however, due to the current lending environment, and being a relatively new start up operation, without any track record with US Banks, the manufacturer experienced major delays in production, along with difficulty in meeting time sensitive Purchase Orders for international Fortune 500 companies, and at the same time endured cash flow issues. Sal Pappalardo immediately met the request and arranged a bridge loan for the business and real estate to create a conceptual working line of credit to enable the manufacturer to continue with the production of solar stations. In addition, Sal Pappalardo also created a strategy going forward to payoff the bridge loan and an ongoing working line of credit/revolver combined with a factoring component to keep cash flow positive and continue to grow the business.
